Welcome to Cybervanta. These terms govern your use of our cybersecurity training services at cybervanta.club. Please read carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by Cybervanta, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Cybervanta provides professional cybersecurity courses, digital infoproducts such as eBooks and video tutorials, and branded merchandise.

3. Registration and Access

To access certain services, you must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payment Terms

All fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of any service. We accept major payment methods as indicated on our site.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Cybersecurity Courses

Requests for a refund must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the course start date. Refund requests made within this period will be processed and refunded using your original payment method within 14 days of approval. After a course has begun, fees are nonrefundable. However, you may transfer your enrollment to a future course date subject to availability and at no additional charge if requested before the course start date.

5.2 Digital Infoproducts

All sales of digital infoproducts are final. We do not provide refunds once the digital material has been delivered or accessed. If you experience technical issues accessing the purchased content, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement or alternative format.

5.3 Merchandise

Physical merchandise may be returned for a refund or interaction within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective. Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Transfer of Services

Course enrollments are transferable to another individual with prior written notice to Cybervanta. Digital infoproducts and merchandise are not transferable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, interactionmarks, and materials provided by Cybervanta are owned or licensed by us and are protected by law. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without express permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cybervanta’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
